User Agreement

This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of the following online education products provided by Summer Reid of Summer Grace Styles (“Instructor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”):

• Bridal Hair Academy 2.0

• 3 Steps to Better Bridal Styles

• Improve Your Updos and Raise Your Prices Workshop

• Business Behind the Bun

• The Bridal Bootcamp

By purchasing, enrolling in, or accessing any of the above (collectively, the “Courses”), you (“User,” “Stylist,” or “you”) agree to the terms below.

1) License of Use

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Courses for your own personal/professional education as a single stylist. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

2) One Stylist Per Account (No Sharing)

Access is licensed to one (1) stylist per purchase/account. You may not share logins, stream access for others, or allow viewing by colleagues, assistants, salon teams, or classrooms.

3) Intellectual Property & Anti-Copying

All Course content—including videos, audio, slides, PDFs, text, images, and templates—is owned by Summer Reid of Summer Grace Styles and is protected by copyright and other IP laws.
You may not:

• Download, copy, record, screen-record, screenshot, reproduce, distribute, mirror, or publicly display Course content;

• Upload or share Course content on social media, websites, cloud drives, messaging apps, or any other platform;

• Use Course content to create or market competing trainings, classes, or products.

4) Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: (a) share credentials or sell/transfer access; (b) circumvent or attempt to circumvent any access controls; (c) reverse engineer, scrape, or archive content; (d) misrepresent your identity or number of authorized users.

5) Enforcement & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access without refund if we believe this Agreement has been violated. We reserve all remedies, including injunctive relief and damages, for infringement, copying, or unlawful distribution.

6) Group Licensing

For multi-seat or salon access, email [email protected]  to request a written group license and rate. Group viewing is not permitted without a signed group license.

7) Disclaimers

Courses are for educational/informational purposes and reflect techniques and opinions of the Instructor. Results may vary and are not guaranteed. You are responsible for practicing safely and complying with local laws and professional standards.

8) Limit of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any lost profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Courses.

9) No Transfer/Assignment

Your rights under this Agreement are personal to you and may not be assigned or transferred.

10) Changes to Terms

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued access after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
